Our Story

Texas Problem Solvers Co. started at the end of COVID when two friends couldn’t get over the loss of customer service in the world around them. Everywhere they turned, it seemed that basics were being missed in delivering acceptable service, and almost no one was talking about doing more than acceptable. So the two set out to figure out if the days of helping customers were gone, or if the system was just failing us somewhere. What we found was that the demand for great service was still there, but it was almost like entire industries forgot how to deliver these delightful experiences and that most often, when you do, you earn lifelong customers rather than transactional customers and cut throat pricing models erasing profit margins.

Determined to put the service back into the services industry, Texas Problem Solvers Co. was born.
